Winter 2011
Feb. 5th	The Rev. John David will celebrate the Fifth Sunday after the Epiphany at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Don Neidert will lead the music. Sunday Brunch following the service.
Feb. 11th	Christ Church will hold it's Annual Vestry Meeting & Retreat Saturday, February 11 at 9:00 a.m. at the home of Ann Hollis. Please note there will NOT be Bible Study on February 11th.
Feb. 12th	The Rev. John David will celebrate the Sixth Sunday after the Epiphany at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Don Neidert will lead the music. Coffee hour following the service.
Feb. 17th	The Fellowship Committee invites all members of the parish for a Spaghetti Supper on Friday, Feb. 17 at 5:30 p.m. Provided will be spaghetti, salad, bread and beverages (coffee, tea, sodas). Feel free to bring beverages if you prefer something else. You may also bring desserts to share if you wish. If you can help, contact Susan Flanders or Linda Wertz.
Feb. 19th	The Rev. John David will celebrate the Last Sunday after the Epiphany at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Don Neidert will lead the music. Coffee hour following the service.
Feb. 21st	Christ Church will celebrate Shrove Tuesday with our annual Pancake Supper on Tuesday, February 21st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is open to the community. Don Binns is the event coordinator this year. Helpers are needed to cook and serve. Please help out if you can. Sign-up sheets are in the Parish Hall.
Feb. 22nd	The Rev. John David will celebrate Ash Wednesday at 12:00 noon at Christ Episcopal Church.
Feb. 26th	The Rev. John David will celebrate the First Sunday in Lent at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Don Neidert will lead the music. Coffee hour following the service.
March 4th	The Rev. John David will celebrate the Second Sunday in Lent at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Don Neidert will lead the music. Sunday Brunch following the service.
March 10th	Parish Leadership Day at Grace Church in Traverse City is a great opportunity to learn new things, meet people who do what you do, and get some answers to common questions about “how things work around here.” The event is open to anyone in the Diocese of Western Michigan There is no charge for the event, and lunch will be provided. Doors open at 9:30, and the program runs from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
March 11th	The Rt. Rev. Robert R. Gepert and Rev. John David will celebrate the Thrid Sunday in Lent at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Episcopal Church. Don Neidert will lead the music. Coffee hour following the service.
Saturdays 10:00 a.m.	The Rev. John David will begin Bible Study starting at 10:00 am. in the parrish hall.
